Crashes when adding items

When I try to add tab or program, ME crashes.  I will upload the error log. I am running windows 7 and I ran ME as admin

 

Since I do not know how to do attachments, this is my error log:

I've found, that if you are an administrator, you can

 

right click >> Properties >> Compatibility >> 'Run Program as Administrator'
